All the numbers that limit your work are collected here: how much equipment a plan allows, how long data is kept and what limits apply to reports, video and uploads.
Plans
Plans differ only in the number of cameras and devices. Every section and feature is in every plan, and you can add as many employees as you like.
| Plan | Cameras | Devices and DVRs | Per month |
|---|---|---|---|
| Start | 2 cameras | 1 device | 1,490 ₽ |
| Business | 10 cameras | 5 devices | 4,900 ₽ |
| Corporate | unlimited | unlimited | 12,900 ₽ |
- A limit restricts adding only. Equipment that is already registered is never switched off, even if there is more of it than the plan allows.
- When the limit is reached, the web app will not let you add a new camera or device and will say why.
- The plan does not limit assets, geofences, buildings, checkpoints or passes.
- The plan can be changed on request, from the next billing month. More on the Pricing page and in Plan and payment.
How long data is kept
| Data | Period |
|---|---|
| Device tracks, geofence events, connection history | 90 days |
| Camera availability checks (charts and SLA in Analytics) | 30 days |
| The checkpoint passage log with frames | 90 days; frames of denials 30 days, while the record itself stays |
| The retranslator event log | 30 days |
| Passages under WIM stations, the alert log | not deleted by age |
| Video from cameras and DVRs | not recorded |
Records older than their period are deleted automatically once a day. The server does not record video at all: a recording is kept on the camera or the DVR itself, if it is turned on there. Points from a device’s memory that are older than the track retention period are not kept when the device uploads them.
Reports
- One report is built from no more than 600,000 track points. If there are more points, the web app asks you to narrow the period or the number of devices.
- The report period is limited by the track retention period, that is, 90 days.
- The “Trace” table shows up to 5,000 points on the screen, thinned out, while CSV exports the full series of up to 50,000 rows.
- A chart shows up to 1,500 points per device.
Video
- Up to four DVRs can be on at once on the video wall: each takes up its vehicle’s mobile connection.
- In a checkpoint card, live video comes from the first four cameras; the rest are listed under the video.
- DVR video plays only while someone is watching: leaving the page or hiding the tab frees the vehicle’s connection.
