The kit includes the recognition unit (a mini PC installed in the security room), 2 MP cameras with a varifocal lens, bracket and surge protection, a network relay, PoE power, a protective box, cable, installation and setup. The barrier drive is supplied separately.

Payment

Prepayment for each calendar month. The invoice is issued on the 1st, and it is always available, together with our bank details, in the “Billing” section of the dashboard.

If an invoice is not paid, access to the dashboard is closed, but devices and cameras keep recording history. Once you pay, there will be no gap.

How do the plans differ?
Only in the number of cameras and devices. Every plan has every feature.
What counts as a device?
A GPS tracker or a DVR: Carvis, Navtelecom, trackers with Wialon IPS.
How does the trial work?
After signing up on the site you get 14 days of the “Business” plan free. After that you can pay for the plan or switch to another.
How does payment work?
Payment in advance for the calendar month, invoiced on the 1st.
How long is the history kept?
Tracks and events for 90 days, camera checks for SLA for 30 days.
Is equipment included?
A plan is a service. You can use your own cameras and trackers. Trunks and Smart Gate kits are priced separately.
Can I change my plan?
Yes, write to us and the plan changes from the next month.
Do I need a public IP?
No. For sites without a public IP there is the trunk.
