How it works

Personal data processing policy

Version of 24 September 2026. This English text is a translation provided for convenience; the Russian version prevails.

1. Who processes the data

The personal data operator is Individual Entrepreneur Lukovnikov, TIN 511201304145 (the Operator). This policy covers the data the Operator receives through the website https://panopticum-smart-vision.ru, the enquiry form, the Telegram bot @PanopticumAlertBot and the Panopticum Smart Vision dashboard.

2. What data we receive

  • from the enquiry form and messages to the bot: name, phone number, email address or Telegram username, company name, the text of the message;
  • when you register for the dashboard: username, company name, and the password as an irreversible hash;
  • technical data: IP address, browser information, the address of the page from which the enquiry was sent.

Video, coordinates and other data from the customer’s equipment are processed under the contract (the public offer) and are not covered by this policy.

3. Why

  • to answer an enquiry or question and prepare an offer;
  • to create an account and give access to the dashboard;
  • to protect the website from automated enquiries and abuse.

4. Legal grounds

The consent of the data subject, given by ticking the box in the form or by sending a message to the bot, and the conclusion and performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party (clauses 1 and 5 of part 1 of Article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”).

5. How we process and where we store the data

The data is stored on servers located in the Russian Federation. Enquiries are passed to the Operator’s staff via Telegram. Only staff who need the data for their work have access to it. The data is not sold or passed on to third parties, except where the law requires it.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept until the purpose of processing has been achieved, but no longer than three years from the last contact. Account data is kept for as long as the account exists. After consent is withdrawn, the data is deleted within 30 days unless the law requires it to be kept longer.

7. Cookies

The website uses only essential cookies: protection of forms against request forgery, the dashboard sign-in session and the chosen theme. There are no visitor counters and no advertising cookies.

8. Your rights

You can find out which of your data is processed, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and withdraw your consent. To do so, write to us using the form on the website or to the bot @PanopticumAlertBot. We reply within 10 working days.

9. Changes

The Operator may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page.
