Panopticum for Windows 3.2.3: no green band, no freezes with AI

A fix for 3.2.2: the green band above the video on Assets is gone, and video no longer falls behind and the app no longer freezes with AI detection on.

A fix for the 3.2.2 release.

  • The green band at the top of the video on Assets and on a building floor plan is gone. It came from the graphics card decoder, so video is decoded on the CPU again
  • Video no longer falls behind and the app no longer freezes when the CPU is busy: each camera shows its latest frame, and stale frames are dropped instead of piling up in a queue. Previously, with AI detection on, video could fall a minute behind, and the delay stayed even after AI was switched off
  • AI detection uses no more than two CPU cores and half as much CPU for the same work; previously each run of the network briefly took every core

Installed apps will offer the update themselves; there is no need to reinstall anything.
