The video wall keeps camera streams running only while someone is watching it. On Assets and with the window minimised the app uses 10 to 30 times less CPU, and memory no longer grows.

  • The video wall keeps camera streams running only while it is open. Switch to another page or minimise the window and the streams stop after 15 seconds; come back and they start again. Pop-out windows and full screen keep their camera
  • On Assets and with the window minimised the app uses 10 to 30 times less CPU, and memory stays at about 250 MB instead of growing
  • Video wall tiles show up to 10 frames per second, while full screen and pop-out windows run at the full rate. A 29-camera wall now uses six times less CPU, and the interface no longer stutters on it
  • The moving scan line on the video wall tiles has been removed
  • Assets and the camera on a building floor plan decode video on the graphics card where it can
  • AI detection now works even when the program’s path contains Cyrillic letters
