Android app 3.1: new sign-in, assets, Smart Gate, geofences and buildings

A new look and sign-in without storing your password, plus the Assets, Smart Gate, Geofences and Buildings sections on your phone. The update arrives by itself.

The Android app has been rewritten from scratch and now catches up with the web dashboard. The look and menu follow the Telegram Mini App, with light and dark themes (matching the phone by default).

  • Sign in with your login and password once: after that the phone signs in by itself, and the password is no longer stored. The old sign-in is carried over automatically. “Account” shows which phones are signed in under your login, and a lost one can be disconnected.
  • “Assets”: vehicles and sites in full, with the map and track, video from cameras and DVR channels, readings, timeline and equipment tree. An asset can be created and placed on the map right from the phone.
  • Smart Gate: a wall of checkpoints with live frames, an “Open” button with confirmation, a passage log with the frame and the plate crop, passes, the automatic mode and its schedule, relays.
  • Geofences: polygons, corridors and circles are drawn right on the phone, area and perimeter are calculated as you go, and there are alert rules and an event log.
  • Buildings: rooms and floor plans with cameras. A plan can be uploaded from the gallery, and markers are placed with a finger.
  • The video wall has been redone: video goes through the server, a lost camera comes back by itself, and PTZ cameras have a control.
  • Tracking: the “Connectivity” panel, geofences, buildings and WIM stations on the map, Navtelecom and Wialon devices.
  • If access is suspended for non-payment, the app says so plainly and leads to billing.

Installed apps will offer the update themselves at the next launch. There is no need to reinstall anything, and you stay signed in.
